Software Buyer Lab built a live Systeme.io opt-in funnel rather than relying only on marketing pages. We created the landing page, connected an email field, built a thank-you page, authenticated a business email domain, created a follow-up campaign, and successfully delivered a manual test email.
We also encountered more friction than expected while configuring a form-triggered automation. The form itself successfully created contacts and redirected users, but the automation required additional troubleshooting and was escalated to Systeme.io support.
This does not establish that Systeme.io automations generally fail. It does show that some form and automation controls can be less intuitive than the platform’s all-in-one positioning suggests.
